This will be one tall baby!
Candace Parker -- who won an Olympic Gold Medal this summer on the women's basketball team -- and husband Shelden Williams -- who plays for the Sacramento Kings , are expecting their first child this spring, a rep for the couple confirms to Usmagazine.com .
"Shelden and I are very excited to be expanding our family," Parker told Us in a statement. "We feel blessed and look forward to becoming parents."

"We are happy to welcome a new addition into the Sparks family, and on behalf of the entire organization, we congratulate both Candace and Shelden," said Penny Toler, the General Manager of the Los Angeles Sparks WNBA team, which Parker also plays for.
Parker is the first woman in the WNBA to win both Rookie of the Year and Most Valuable Player, and she averages 18.5 points per game.
She'll keep hitting the gym throughout her pregnancy to be ready for the June kickoff of the 2009 basketball season, her rep said.
