Oprah Winfrey to Launch Cable Network

There's no stopping media mogul Oprah Winfrey . The talk show queen will launch her own cable channel, OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network, in association with Discovery Networks, Access Hollywood reports . OWN will premiere in 2009, replacing the Discovering Health Channel. Winfrey will have full editorial control but will share ownership 50/50 with Discovery.
