Papa Joe's Wedding Toast to Pete

Joe Simpson recently gave away daughter Ashlee in a rocker wedding with baby daddy Pete Wentz. Now, Simpson is dishing to "Extra" about his new son-in-law -- and revealing what he said to Wentz in a wedding toast. "I love Pete to death... he is a lot like me.
