Parents Seeking Legal Control Over Britney

Breaking now! LYNNE and JAMIE SPEARS will be in court Friday afternoon to try and get legal control over their daughter, BRITNEY SPEARS . If the court declares that the troubled pop star is unable to take care of legal matters, they will appoint another individual, called a conservator, to do so. Lynne's conservatorship hearing is set for today at 1:30 at the Los Angeles Superior Court. (link)
