LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- The Parents Television Council is spreading "Gossip" about "90210." The watchdog group warned advertisers on Tuesday about committing to the new "90210" based its network's racy history with "Gossip Girl," according to E! "I think it's fair to say that The CW has been a bad actor, particularly when it comes to 'Gossip Girl,'" said Dan Isett, director of public policy for the PTC.
