LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- It appears Paris Hilton has found a new TV BFF - Ryan Seacrest. The duo will be teaming up to develop a new scripted TV series, according to People. Jason Moore, a rep for Paris Hilton Entertainment, has reportedly been in talks with Seacrest for months regarding the new project. (link)
