Could you be Paris' new best friend? PARIS HILTON announced in L.A. Wednesday her plans for a new MTV reality show -- and ET was there! The show will profile Paris' hunt for a new BFF, 20 girls and guys will compete to take over the title that "Simple Life" co-star NICOLE RICHIE once held. The former best buds recently shared the silver screen in Paris' movie 'The Hottie and the Nottie,' and the Hilton heiress now has a new boyfriend in GOOD CHARLOTTE rocker BENJI MADDEN -- twin brother of Nicole's boyfriend JOEL !
