Now he's getting set to sue, according to a report from "Access Hollywood." "All persons responsible for this cowardly act of physical violence will be sued and held legally responsible for their actions," Hilton's attorney, Bryan J. Freedman, said in a statement. "His First Amendment rights will not be infringed upon through fear, intimidation or violence."
