TV News: Lil Wayne to help kick off 34th season -- Olympic phenom Michael Phelps will host the 34th season premiere of "Saturday Night Live." The 14-time gold medal-winning swimmer will make his acting debut on NBC's latenight laffer on Sept. 13.
