LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- The public memorial for Michael Jackson may feature some legendary star power - however, it will not be a flashy tribute concert, Access Hollywood has learned.. The service, which will be held at Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles on July 7, 2009, will "not be a tribute, not a show," Grammys producer Ken Ehrlich told Access Hollywood executive producer Rob Silverstein.
