"The Insider" has the latest... Our LARA SPENCER was exclusively inside the opening of RACHAEL RAY 's Cafe Una Notte pop up restaurant benefiting the TV staple's Yum-o! organization, which helps kids and families develop healthier relationships with food and cooking. The event gave five aspiring teenage chefs the chance to open the restaurant, design the menu and prepare a full dinner for a group of 70 people, including BILL CLINTON . A special episode of the "Rachael Ray Show" dedicated to the event will air Wednesday, May 7. (link)
