Joining the Oscar winner will be KIEFER SUTHERLAND , 'Knocked Up' co-stars SETH ROGEN and PAUL RUDD , funnyman STEPHEN COLBERT , RAINN WILSON of "The Office" fame, WILL ARNETT ("Arrested Development") and "House"'s HUGH LAURIE . The animated flick tells the story of a girl who grows to 50 feet tall after being drenched in space gunk and is soon captured and held in a secret government compound -- where she discovers that she's not the only one being kept there.
