Rep: Alleged LeAnn Rimes Affair 'Absolutely Not True'

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- LeAnn Rimes took to her blog on Wednesday to reach out to fans in the wake of a report that the singer had cheated on her husband, former backup dancer Dean Sheremet, with Eddie Cibrian, her co-star in the Lifetime original movie "Northern Lights." "This is a difficult time for me and my loved ones," the singer-actress wrote on her Web site. On Tuesday, Us Weekly reported that LeAnn and Eddie had engaged in a steamy affair - but a rep for the actor issued a strong denial to Access Hollywood on Wednesday. (link)
