Sam Lutfi Takes Umbrage with Britney Commissioner

The man who called himself Britney's manager is back in the spotlight. SAM LUTFI filed papers Friday that objected to the commissioner assigned to BRITNEY SPEARS ' conservatorship and who has ruled on an order of protection against him, according to the Associated Press . Lutfi was Britney's ever-present companion from late 2007 until her second hospitalization in January, and was known as her manager. However, when conservators took over Britney's life and finances last month, they requested and were granted a restraining order. The AP reports that Lutfi filed a paper that read: "Please take notice that Osama 'Sam' Lutfi will not stipulate to the above-referenced (Spears) case being heard by REVA GOETZ , commissioner presiding, to who the ... case has been assigned."
