Sean Penn Gets 'Dirty'

The actor headlines a new grassroots initiative. This past weekend's Coachella Music and Arts Festival sparked more than artistic inspiration, it also served as the launch point for SEAN PENN 's Dirty Hands Caravan -- a fleet of biodiesel buses that will take about 300 people across the country from California to New Orleans. As the biodiesel-fueled buses make their way across the U.S. with the goal to "encourage individuals to take individual actions." Members of the caravan will volunteer their time to local organizations, and are further encouraged to do whatever good work they feel inspired to do during their stops. "I invited Sean to speak at Coachella, and he took it one step further and came back to me with this idea," Coachella organizer PAUL TOLLETT told The Hollywood Reporter.
