Actress Sharon Stone is battling ex-hubby Phil Bronstein in a San Francisco court to gain more time with their 8-year-old son, Roan. The newspaper mogul currently has primary custody of their tot. Phil and Sharon split up in 2004 after six years of marriage. The "Basic Instinct" actress has two other sons -- Laird, 3, whom she adopted in 2005, and Quinn, 2, adopted in 2006.
