Sienna Miller Sues UK Tab, Wins Over $26,000

Sienna Miller has won over $26,000 in damages in a settlement over a paparazzi photo published in the Daily Star , the BBC reports . The actress took action over photos snapped in Los Angeles, which the 26-year-old said violated her privacy. Published in early September, the photo shows Sienna trying to cover her face and evade over a dozen paps inside the lobby of an L.A. building while waiting for an elevator. Video taken reportedly shows that she is close to tears during the mob scene. (link)
