"The Insider" has the latest... Court commissioner SCOTT GORDON ruled today that BRITNEY SPEARS must pay $375,000 to cover ex-husband KEVIN FEDERLINE 's attorney's fees, according to the Associated Press . Kevin's attorney, MARK VINCENT KAPLAN , originally requested $500,000. Britney's lawyer STACY PHILLIPS argued that Kaplan was overbilling, but Gordon decided that the pop star's actions were what caused much of the litigation.
