It's still under question as to whether Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag of "The Hills" are legally married, according to a new report.
In the season finale promo of the reality show, the couple seems to be making their Mexican marriage official in a California court of law -- but that may not be the case.
A Los Angeles Superior Court official is claiming that MTV was granted permission to shoot in a courtroom in Beverly Hills after-hours and the person that takes the bench on the show is not one of their judges, The Associated Press reports.
