'Sunny' days ahead for FX

TV News: Cable network unveils programming at TCA -- FX made plenty of programming news Tuesday at the Television Critics Assn., announcing that "Nip/Tuck" will end its run in 2011, "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" has been picked up for 39 more episodes, and laffer "Testees" has been greenlit to series.
