Angela and her hubby are proud parents! "The Office"'s ANGELA KINSEY has given birth to a baby girl, according to People magazine. The actress and her hubby WARREN LIEBERSTEIN , welcomed baby ISABEL RUBY on Saturday afternoon at 12:50 p.m. Little Isabel weighed in at 6 pounds, 14 ounces, according to the mag. Her rep told People , "Mom and baby are doing great!" [link]
