International News: Film unit grabs rights to slew of features -- Tiberius Film has acquired German rights to a slew of films from the Cannes film mart, including John Harrison's Clive Barker adaptation "Book of Blood" and Gilles Paquet-Brenner's horror thriller "Walled In," starring Mischa Barton.
