Tom Cruise Talks Musicals, Does Elvis On "Tonight Show" (VIDEO)

Tom Cruise appeared on the "Tonight Show" Thursday night to promote "Valkyrie," but ended up sharing his musical ambitions and Elvis impersonation. When host Jay Leno asked if he would ever do Broadway like his wife Katie Holmes, he said "I'm not saying no to Broadway." When Leno asked if he would ever do a musical, and Cruise said "Yes, I'd like to do a musical," then confessed he had done "Guys and Dolls" in high school (promptly Leno to shout out "Broadway is my LIFE !"). Cruise was then asked if he had ever sung on television, and he answered "No, I haven't...we should do that now." He then broke out Elvis's "Blue Suede Shoes," tentatively at first, but as the audience egged him on he picked up momentum. Finally, he jumped off the couch to do a little hip gyration as Leno shouted "Yeah! Yeah!" WATCH: (link)
