Donald Trump made an offer to purchase Ed McMahon's home, but as is typical of today's real estate market -- The Donald isn't the only one with an offer on the table!
The listing agent for McMahon's Beverly Hills home told the L.A. Times that the property is now in a "multiple offer situation." Alex Davis of Hilton & Hyland luxury real estate said a second buyer -- who wishes to remain anonymous -- has entered the picture by offering $4.6 million.
