After tepid reviews at the Cannes Film Festival, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull was launched in 4,260 theaters and found an eager audience over the Memorial Day weekend. Thursday debut numbers were low at $25 million but things picked up on Friday and ended the weekend with an estimated $101 million, bringing it’s total gross to $126 million.
