LONDON, England -- Christian Bale, star of the record-breaking "The Dark Knight," has been arrested by police in London who are investigating claims he assaulted his sister and mother, according to London's Press Association. "A 34-year-old man attended a central London police station this morning by appointment. He was arrested in connection with an allegation of assault," a spokesperson for the London police station told Access Hollywood . "He currently remains in custody."
