WESLEY SNIPES learned on Friday that taxes are indeed one of two inevitable things in life. The 'Blade' star was convicted on three misdemeanor counts of failing to file a tax return from 1999-2004, according to the Associated Press , though he did manage to dodge federal tax-fraud and conspiracy charges. The 45-year-old actor could be sentenced to three years in prison, the AP reports.
