Welcome, once again, to "What the Frock?" where we question the stylistic sanity of our favorite TV actresses. This sunday were the BET Awards, and many stars brought their fashion A-game to the red carpet, where the talk of the day was the tragic loss of Michael Jackson, which cast a dark but deserved shadow over the proceedings.
