Oprah will host her show during the week of the presidential inauguration in Washington D.C. Oprah revealed to Access Hollywood. Oprah has rented out the Opera House at the Kennedy Center to film the show. Oprah has been one of President Elect Barack Obama's strongest backers and supporters.
