GQ's "Men Of The Year" Party: Dozens Of Hollywood Celebrities & Lonely Levi Johnston (PHOTOS)

(SCROLL DOWN FOR DOZENS OF PHOTOS) Levi Johnston flew first class to LA for the party and calls himself "Ricky Hollywood," but he was barely noticed by the dozens of actual Hollywood celebrities inside GQ's "Men of the Year" party at Chateau Marmont Wednesday night. Levi, who had on a vest, yellow pocket square and what appeared to be pancake makeup, wandered around the party with both his manager Tank (wearing a diamond earring) and a second beefy gentleman (wearing an earpiece). And no one cared. Levi was largely ignored by other guests as he wandered to get a soda (he's underage) and he checked his Blackberry while Tank hit up the buffet. An hour later, they were gone. Meanwhile the other guests, like Clint Eastwood, Morgan Freeman, Sarah Silverman, Quentin Tarantino, Olivia Wilde, Rainn Wilson, January Jones, Kobe Bryant, Lindsay Lohan and dozens more stayed to party. PARIS — American screen icon Clint Eastwood was made a commander in France's prestigious Legion of Honor on Friday. French President Nicolas Sarkozy presented the 79-year-old actor and director with the decoration, honoring his body of work, his longevity and his ability to delight audiences around the globe, according to the award citation. Former French President Jacques Chirac had honored Eastwood as a knight of the Legion of Honor two years ago, and Friday's decoration was a step up for Eastwood to grade three on the legion's five-grade scale. Speaking in English, Eastwood thanked Sarkozy and the French people. "This is a wonderful honor," Eastwood said. "It is just a great pleasure for me. I really love France. I love movies, and I love the appreciation that the French people have for movies." Eastwood promised to be fluent in French the next time he returned to the country. Sarkozy bantered with Eastwood and asked the American how he managed to stay so fit. ...

The 79-year-old actor, composer and filmmaker will receive one of the country's greatest honors -- and with the title of "commander," above those traditionally given to foreign directors and beloved talent, namely the titles of "knight" or "officer."
