In a follow-up to his exclusive interview with ET's Mary Hart this past October, Chaz Bono -- child to Cher and Sonny Bono -- suited up for "Good Morning America" and spoke further about his gender reassignment process from a female to a male. "I feel so much more comfortable than I've ever been," Chaz tells "GMA" correspondent Chris Cuomo on Wednesday morning. "I'm living the life that I always wanted to live now." It's been eight months since Chaz began the process, saying he believes gender is "what's between your ears, not what's between your legs."

**AP Text, Scroll down for video** NEW YORK - Chaz Bono says beginning the sex-change process to turn him from a woman to a man is "the best decision I've ever made." The 40-year-old writer, activist and reality-TV star, who was born a girl to Sonny Bono and Cher, says he's eight months into the years-long transformation and says he feels great. Formerly called Chastity, he told ABC's "Good Morning America" on Thursday: "Life is short and life is precious. This is who I am. I need to finally be who I am." Bono says he always felt like a boy growing up and came out as a lesbian 11 years ago. Now he's undergone gender-reassignment surgery and hormone therapy. Eric Dane Buys Ticket for 'Burlesque'

McSteamy Joins 'Twilight' Star in 'Burlesque' Show

TV star Eric Dane has joined the new musical drama 'Burlesque' that stars two pop star divas and one 'Twilight' star. In addition to Dane, the film cast Christina Aguilera, Cher and vampire bad boy Cam Gigandet . The "Grey's Anatomy" star plays a successful business man who attempts to buy out a Los Angeles neo-burlesque club owned by Cher's character and where Aguilera's character, a small town girl with a big voice, performs, according to The Hollywood Reporter . He also seeks to romance Aguilera in the process. Other actors to star in the musical movie include Kristen Bell, Alan Cumming and Stanley Tuccucci . Production for 'Burlesque began last week in Los Angeles and has a release date of Thanksgiving 2010.
