T.I. AND PARAMORE ARE SET TO PERFORM AT “2008
MTV VIDEO MUSIC AWARDS” Set to Air Live From Paramount Pictures On Sunday, September 7, 2008 at 9PM SHARP (ET/PT)
T.I. will join the recently announced line-up that
includes Rihanna, Pink and Paramore.
T.I., Rihanna, Paramore and Pink were announced as
performers at the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards.
More performers for the awards show have been
announced, inserting the girls element to the list of
line-up that has included Lil Wayne, Jonas Brothers and Kid Rock.
The music video, directed by Marcos Siega, was
shot in Nashville, Tennessee, on March 2 and March
3, 2008. MTV2 released the official music video on March 24, 2008. The music video shows the band playing in a living room with clips of a relationship of two lovers (Aaron Holmes of Death in the Park [band] and Jenna Galing.
Rihanna, Paramore and Pink will take the stage
at the 2008 Video Music Awards, joining already-announced performers
Lil Wayne, the Jonas Brother and Kid Rock.
"That's What You Get" is a single by
Paramore. This is the second Australian single, third U.S.
single and the fourth UK single from Riot!. This single has been confirmed by MTV and Fueled by Ramen.
With its the Final Riot! Tour in motion,
Paramore is using soundchecks to work on new material
for the follow-up to its platinum 2007 sophomore album "Riot."
