Exclusive: T.I.'s Grand Hustle Partner Discusses Explosives Scare

Photo: Jamie McCarthy/ Getty Images Police are investigating two bottles filled with an unknown liquid suspected of being Molotov cocktails that were tossed at the offices of Grand Hustle Records in Atlanta. Jason Geter, who runs the label with T.I., told MTV News exclusively that an alarm went off between 2:30 and 3 a.m. Thursday (November 19) at the office. The Grand Hustle staff discovered that one of the office windows had been cracked after someone had tossed a "40-ounce bottle" at it. Police have not named any suspects, but Geter and company have their own ideas of who the culprit could be. An aspiring artist came knocking at their door earlier this week. Walker/Getty Images In addition to getting his career back on track, T.I. apparently has one more thing to look forward to when he's released from prison next summer: a wedding. Tip's longtime girlfriend, former Xscape singer Tameka "Tiny" Cottle, with whom he has two children, recently told XXL magazine that she is planning a "fairy-tale" wedding to the King of the South when he gets sprung. Cottle, who has reemerged since T.I.'s incarceration on federal weapons charges thanks to her co-starring role in the hit BET reality show "Tiny & Toya," said the blessed event is scheduled for 2010. "Sometime [next] year, but we can't really give a date yet because we have to find out exactly when Tip is coming home," she said. The video is his latest single from his forthcoming — and now all-too-appropriately titled — LP, The State vs. Radric Davis. In the clip, Gucci wears all black and performs the pensive song. Special effects of television screens show various moments from Gucci's life, such as him on the mic early in his career, and his sentencing last year for probation violation.
