A few days ago these photos surfaced (see images below) of what appears to be Britney Spears sporting a baby bump while smoking a cigarette in her patio. At first I dismissed it as photoshop since I’ve actually seen them photoshop her smoking while pregnant before. (See what I mean after the jump.)
