Well, I wouldn't expect studio critics to think
much of this movie. They didn't like Step Up...
either. Try out this independent critic who tells it how it is. You might find his reviews more in keeping with 'real' people as opposed to people who ride around in limos and write for papers owned by Murdoch.

had read this review BEFORE wasting my cash on it. Had I noticed the $3 out of $15 rating for the film, no way I would have paid to see it. Jeepers, this movie isn't even straight to DVD worthy.

You might want to check out this independent
film critic's review of Over Her Dead Body before...
seeing it. You cannot always count on 'studio funded' critics to give you a realistic approach. Notice how they all seem to love the movies you hate and vice-versa? Well, if they write for a paper owned by Rupert Murdoch and loved a Fox film, hmm, big surprise there.

the first. This indie review plus spoiler are an awesome tandem to guide real people as to whether they should see the film or not. One guy wrote that he's scared of scary movies and his girlfriend makes him go, so this really helped him. Funny stuff.

Thank goodness for this review of Vince Vaughn's
Wild West Comedy Show. I would have paid to...
see it because I'm a huge fan of V.V. ever since Wedding Crashers. I'll definitely wait for DVD now! Thanks! Indie critics seem to do a better job of getting it right these days. Plus the spoiler for this review is ingeniously funny.

Shrooms has gotten a lot of unwarranted positive
press. The same industry critics that described Roscoe Jenkins...
as formulaic and derivative loved Shrooms which is formulaic and derivative. Try out an independent critic's opinions as you may find, not surprisingly as he doesn't get into films for free, doesn't receive $1000s of dollars in Swag (gifts from studios), and just keeps it real.
