... that might not make the final cut for the album, but still, they're gunning to put out the album sometime before 10 years from now, which is a start. It almost makes up for the fact that their Third-supporting tour was so brief: "We are thinking a new album," Adrian Utley told the BBC. "That's partly why we're not touring enormously, because in 1998 we toured for a year and a bit and it just crashed us. None of us wanted to see each other for a while after that." Ah, growth. ... . It was that good. As Adrian Utley mentioned to the BBC back in July, they had no more plans for touring in 2008 and were focusing their efforts on preparing for a new album. As to what the status of the new recordings remains to be seen, but I can only cross my fingers that they'll bring their next tour jaunt to Toronto. ...
