Citing sources close to the couple, PerezHilton.com reported Wednesday night that music superstars Beyonce and Jay-Z plan to marry tomorrow April 4th, in New York City. The celebrity Web site gave no details. The pair took out a marriage license in Westchester's Scarsdale Village on Tuesday.
