The announcement made ABC the first network to announce large-scale renewals of its series for the fall of 2008. “Scripted shows said to be on the fence at ABC as far as renewal goes are ‘Men in Trees,’ ‘Boston Legal,’ ‘October Road,’ and Friday freshman drama ‘Women’s Murder Club,’” MediaWeek reports . “Gone for sure are freshman sitcoms ‘Cavemen’ and ‘Carpoolers.’”
