Comedian Andy Dick won't face a sexual battery charge from his arrest last month , Riverside County District Attorney spokesman Ryan Hightower told the Associate Press Monday.
The former star of NewsRadio , 42, still faces misdemeanor drug possession and battery charges, though no felony charges.
Dick – who is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday – was arrested at Buffalo Wild Wings in Murrieta, CA, about 80 miles east of L.A.
