Paris Hilton’s kid brother was formally charged on Thursday with DUI and being an unlicensed driver. Four misdemeanor counts were filed in total, which include driving while having a .08 percent or higher blood-alcohol level, and unlawful use of a license (he had a fake I.D., sheriffs confirmed).
