Does Beyonce have some type of personality disorder that allows her to jack the works of others while feeling no shame? According to the Chicago Sun Times , Chicago songwriter and performer Rickey Allen claims Beyonce stole “Cater 2 U” from him. Allen copyrighted his song 3 times, as recently as 2000.
