Trouble ridden singer Amy Winehouse must be thrilled now that her incarcerated husband Blake Fielder-Civil has been released from the Highpoint Prison in Suffolk, England.  Blake was sentenced to 27 months behind bars for causing bodily harm and perverting the course of justice. Released this morning, sources are saying that Blake has already entered a drug rehab facility in Surrey.  One would think with all the time spent in prison that he would have his drug problems under control but not so.  There have been numerous reports that he was still using substances while behind bars. This is something we have all probably figured out on our own over the last couple of years, but Blake Fielder-Civil is taking full blame for his wife Amy Winehouse and her destructive addictions. Britain’s News of the World is reporting Blake’s confession, stating that he said: “I introduced her to heroin, crack cocaine and self-harming.  I feel more than guilty–now I have to let her go to save her life.  I am not abandoning her.  I am doing this out of love.” Blake was released from Highpoint prison on November 5th and went directly ...

  Well that was short-lived.   Blake Fielder-Civil, who was released from prison early on the condition that he enter rehab, is back in the slammer.  Kate Anderson, his lawyer, confirmed that Blake has indeed landed back in prison.  While his lawyer isn’t stating the reason for his return, other sources are saying that the junkie failed a drug test.  What a joke! That doesn’t bode well for old Blake because once you are recalled to prison you must serve the remainder of your sentence and for him that means he won’t set foot outside again until sometime in 2010.  He was originally sentenced to serve 27 ...
