On-and-off-screen Gossip Girl couple Blake Lively and Penn Badgley enjoy the upscale Japanese restaurant, Nobu, in New York City on Tuesday night.
Since this past weekend, Bladgley has been spotted filming scenes for their hit CW drama in the Hamptons on Long Island, New York.
