... numbers have just come in and though we can declare that Dylan is the album sales winner, neither record scored a chart position worth bragging about. According to Hits Daily Double, Dylan moved 17,350 units, placing Christmas in the Heart at #31, while Archuleta’s Christmas From the Heart was only about 1k sold albums behind, at #32. And there’s only one thing I learned from this anticlimactic showdown: It’s a good thing Michael Bublé didn’t have a horse in this race. chili sauce dylan party post?

We'll never know for sure, but we presume some of Dylan's sales were the result of confused Archuleta fans buying the wrong album (and vice versa), though there are really no losers here.
