Having just finished reading my copy of Lynne Spears book Through the Storm, it must be said that it was very well written and provides a new view of Britney Spears and her family, oh and that slim ball Sam Lutfi.

Bitten and Bound —   Britney Spears recent ‘driving without a license’ trial is over and she is very likely breathing a sigh of relief after the judge called a mistrial.  The jury was deadlocked at 10-2 in favor of a not guilty verdict and she is now able to put that chapter behind her. Getting in the Halloween spirit, Britney took Jayden James  and Sean Preston to the pumpkin patch in L.A..  Her security detail can be seen with umbrellas trying to afford the family some privacy.  Good luck with that Brit. Bitten and Bound — Los Angeles Court Commissioner Reva Goetz has named Jamie Spears permanent conservator of his daughters affairs, and he and attorney Andrew Wallet were named permanent co-conservators of Britney Spears estate.  The men will be in control of her business affairs and career opportunities. Bitten and Bound — Britney Spears and Jive Records have released a photo of the pop stars new Circus album cover.  Studio album number 6 is set to drop on December 2, 2008.  No coincidence, it will launch on Brit’s 27th birthday. Spears will appear on Good Morning America and perform her single Womanizer in Bryant Park, according to Robin Roberts.   Her single was released on October 7, 2008.  No date has been announced for the release of her Circus single. Bitten and Bound — What was supposed to be a family getaway to Kentwood, Louisiana turned into a frightening ordeal for Britney Spears.  The pop singers youngest son Jayden James was rushed to Mississippi Regional Medical Center on Sunday after having a “bad reaction” to something he ingested. Bitten and Bound — Singer Justin Timberlake is being sued by a busboy at his Manhattan barbecue restaurant, Southern Comfort.  Not wanting to mess around, employee Felipe Ramales has taken his matter straight to federal court. Ramales claims that he and other employees did not get their “share” of a gratuity charge that the establishment levies when parties of six or more dine at the establishment.  He also contends that he worked over 40 hours per week and was never paid overtime. Bitten and Bound — The comeback kid Britney Spears performed yesterday for Simon Cowell and the UK audience of his hit show X Factor.  The pop star has been on a whirlwind European trip that included a performance in Germany at the Bambi Awards prior to Spears gig in London. Bitten and Bound — Britney Spears’ father Jamie Spears, who is the conservator for his daughter and her business affairs, has gone back to court to obtain restraining orders against the singer’s former manager Sam Lutfi, her former paparazzi boyfriend Adnan Ghalib and the lawyer who previously tried to fight the conservatorship, Jon Eardley. Bitten and Bound — Sam Lutfi, self proclaimed former “manager” of Britney Spears, has filed a lawsuit against the singer and her parents Jamie and Lynne Spears.  The reason?  He claims defamation, breach of verbal contract and battery. This comes a few days after Jamie Spears slapped a restraining order on Lutfi for continuing to contact Britney via cell phone.
