Brandy will not be facing charges for vehicular manslaughter. The L.A. City Attorney came to the decision to not file any charges. Today was their deadline. The accident happened about one year ago when Brandy's car hit the car in front of her. The woman in the car, Awatef Aboudihaj, died.
