Britney Spears bared her endowed upper body while shopping in LA on Tuesday. In stride, a Las Vegas wardrobe consultant, who reportedly has helped Brit out by buying and shipping clothes to her and her children, filed a complaint on January 18 claiming she's not been paid since August 2007. [link]
