Celebrity Pictures And Gossip : MakeUsHot.Com — Britney Spears’ MTV Video Music Awards appearance has been voted the greatest comeback ever. The troubled pop star was awarded three gongs at the ceremony on Sunday - and it has landed her the top spot in an online survey.
