He's dumped his agents at ICM and jumped over to rivals CAA.
Why the move????
Insiders say Chace is hoping to get more cash from the Gossip Girl network, the CW.

Now let’s see if CAA can accomplish what Chace Crawford wants: to get a lot more money from the CW. Trouble is, CW topper Dawn Ostroff isn’t budging. That’s what happens when an actor is part of an ensemble cast.
