Cate Blanchett has given birth to her third child. The "Babel" actress and her playwright husband Andrew Upton welcome son Ignatius Martin Upton in their native Australia Sunday. Ignatius weighed in at 7.9 lbs. He joins big brothers Dashiell John, born December 3, 2001, and Roman Robert, born April 23, 2004.
